Detailed Agenda 

8:00 - 10:00 A.M. - Travel to S.C.A.M. by Bus

• Gathering point to be determined: Join us bright and early at our designated meeting point. Look for the AGT Robotics sign and our team ready to welcome you. The bus departs promptly at 8:30 AM to ensure we make the most of our morning together.

10:00 A.M. - 12:30 P.M. - Tour and Demo

• Welcome Briefing: Upon arrival at S.C.A.M., you'll be greeted by the AGT Robotics and S.C.A.M. teams. We'll give you a quick overview of what you can expect from the tour and the BeamMaster demonstration.
  
• Facility Tour: Walk through S.C.A.M.'s advanced manufacturing facility, where we'll highlight key stages of the fabrication process.
• BeamMaster Demonstration: See the BeamMaster Plus with a dual-zone configuration and SnapCam technology in action. Learn how this setup optimizes production, improves quality, and reduces time on the shop floor.

12:30 - 1:30 P.M. - Lunch

• Brit Hotel Les Voyageurs:  Savor authentic flavors at Brit Hotel Les Voyageurs, where every dish is crafted with fresh, locally sourced ingredients.

1:30 - 3:30 P.M. - Travel to SERRU

• Board the Bus: We'll make our way to SERRU where the tour and live demonstration will continue.

3:30 - 5:00 P.M. - Arrival at SERRU

• Welcome Briefing: Upon arrival at SERRU, you'll be greeted by their dedicated team of experts who will guide you through their facilities.
  
• Facility Tour: Innovation meets expertise, the SERRU team will walk you through each stage of their operations, showcasing advanced equipment, efficient workflows, and sustainable practices.
• BeamMaster and LayoutMaster Demonstrations:  AGT Robotics' systems work seamlessly in a dual-zone operating workflow. These advanced systems handle complex tasks with ease, making high-performance fabrication more accessible than ever.

5:00 -  7:00 P.M. - Trip to Nates

• Sit back, relax, and enjoy the scenic landscapes as we travel together to Nantes.
  

7:00 -  7:30 P.M. - Free Time

• Take a break to connect with our team, engage in discussions, or network with other participants.
  

7:30 P.M. - Dinner

• End the day with a gourmet and refined meal in a welcoming atmosphere.

• Safety Equipment: All necessary safety equipment for the tour will be provided upon arrival at each facility. We will get back to you regarding safety shoes.
