AGT has created a Production Troubleshooting guide to help customers diagnose and fix some of the most common production issues encountered when using the Beam Master. This guide is updated on a regular basis with new contents so it is best to review regularly.
The guide can be accessed here:
AGT-216 - Production troubleshooting guide Draft.xlsx (Read only)
The guide is divided in 4 sections according to different types of issues :
- Process : Welding Process or Welding Equipment related issues
- Robot : Fanuc robot, Fanuc error code, or robotic cell issues

- Cortex : Cortex use and simulation issues (Under construction)
How to use :

3 - For each item, go through each question from the Questions column. Depending on the answer, refer to the associated action on the next column "What to check/Action to perform column."
4 - From top to bottom, perform the suggested actions from the "What to check/Action to perform" column until a solution is found. Some actions might have additional related information, refer to the "More information" column for the link.
Notes:
Multiple actions can be associated to multiple questions and vice versa.
The actions in Orange are reserved to a service specialist and should not be performed by an end user.
5 - If no solution can be found for the issue, create a support ticket through the AGT Portal here :
