WPO

Instructions

1. Import an AgtSeqResult, a file generated by the simulation step in Cortex containing the welds for a beam.
2. The first box contains the different Job/Schedule # (same criteria in the Welding Database Viewer) for a beam.

3. If you hover on the icons in the Parameter column, a tooltip will appear with a bigger icon, the tolerance of the parameter and a description.

4. To modify the job, click on the Current column cells
5. If the cell turns green, that means your Current value is different than the Reference value and that it's within range.
6. If the cell turns red, that means your Current value is different than the Reference value and that it's not within range. If you hover on the red cell, a tooltip will appear and will display the tolerance of the parameter in error:

7. The new value will turn bold wen your new value is different than the previous Current value. The text will go back to normal after clicking on the Apply modifications button.

8. Once your done editing, click on the "Apply modifications" button. If the cells were highlighted previously, they will stay highlighted unless you change the value back to the same as the Reference value. The modifications will be applied to all the programs in the box on the right for the "Job" in question.
9. After clicking on "Apply Modifications", a pop-up window will appear to let you know where you can find your new AgtSeqResult containing the modifications and also the reference AgtSeqResult.
10. As evident from the changes made, they are now located in a new directory designated as "Directory with changes". The original AgtSeqResult directory has been renamed with a "_Ref" at the end. When you reimport the AgtSeqResult, whether you import the original version or the modified one, the WPO will display the AgtSeqResult with the incorporated changes.

11. If you have the other saving mode, you will have this pop-up window instead after clicking "Apply modifications":

In this case, the original AgtSeqResult does not contain "_Ref" at the end of the directory name, but the directory with changes now has "_WPO" at the end. But just like the first saving option shown, when you reimport the AgtSeqResult, whether you import the original version or the modified one, the WPO will display the AgtSeqResult with the incorporated changes.

12. Before opening the WPO, you can also drag the AgtSeqResult file into the desktop application (or .exe) to open the WPO. If it's not a file of type AgtSeqResult, a pop-up will appear with the message "The provided file is not an AgtSeqResult file."

13. There is also a version comparison for the Sequence Software (which generates the AgtSeqResult file) and the Post Processor Software (which generates robot programs) that will appear as pop-up warnings. The versions that will be used are the ones utilized by the WPO. If the imported AgtSeqResult has an inferior or superior version of the Sequence software or Post Processor software, there could be problems once the changes are made by the WPO. If unsure, contact technical support before making any modifications with the WPO.
