Location: Texas, USA (Remote) - Must be
able to travel within USA, Canada and Overseas (25% to 40% of the time)
Schedule: Monday to Friday – 40 hours per
week
Salary: Based on experience
Vacation: 3 weeks per year or more
Leave: Up to 5 mobile and 3 sick days

Job summary:
While respecting the company culture, the incumbent works closely with the team to provide training and technical resource to our end users, as well as to other departments. There are three main aspects to the role:
- Training (on-site), including preparation, scheduling, following up.
- Technical support to end users (remote and on-site)
- Internal technical support (Controls Automation, Design, engineering, Sales)
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Perform technical assistance & troubleshooting with Weld Database (remote & on-site)
- Prepare, schedule, organize, and coordinate training sessions.
- Provide on-site training on the following topics:
- Fanuc robot operation
- System operation (maintenance)
- Weld process training
- Provide on-site technical assistance to customers.
Skills & Qualifications:
- High sense of organization
- Professionalism
- Ability to coach and train others.
- Strong interests in robotics and automation
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office suite and offline programming software)
- Willingness to travel and work at customer facilities (25-40% of the time)
