 AGT Robotics is currently looking for an Inside Sales Representative to support its growth in North America. Under the supervision of the Sales Director and the Marketing Director, this full-time position employee will help the sales team to generate more qualified leads.

Position purpose

  • To respond to, target & qualify prospects in order to generate leads ;
  • To cultivate, educate & manage leads until a need is established;
  • To hand overqualified customers with defined & timely needs to a sales rep for follow up.

Your responsibilities 

  • To follow-up leads handed over to them from marketing, incoming inquiries or target prospect lists;
  • To qualify all leads followed up based on specific guidelines & criteria found within the AGT Robotics Sales Process;
  • To look for needs & generate interest & needs for our offerings;
  • To hand overqualified leads with defined and timely needs to the sales reps to follow up;
  • To cultivate, educate & nurture via follow-up calls, marketing material & relationship building - those leads that are qualified but do not have an immediate/actionable interest or need at this time.

You are a good candidate for this position if:

  • You have strong English communication skills – both oral (via phone) and written;
  • You have an ability to build rapport & relationships with prospects via remote processes & tools;
  • You have a commitment to follow & work within the processes, guidelines, systems & CRM that governs the entire sales organization;
  • You are patient and perseverant – slowly pushing the prospect up the Sales Roadmap;
  • You possess a balance of questioning (probing) & listening skills. The ability to ask the “tough” questions about needs, decision making, timing & budget;
  • Your motivation & satisfaction derived from not only the result, but the journey as well;
  • You are showing enthusiasm and grace under pressure.

We really need to meet you if:

  • You have a minimum of 3 years sales experience;
  • You have technical knowledge of robotics and/or welding (an asset but not necessary);
  • You have a knowledge of the industry (an asset).
